Hotel is very nice, clean and with lot of content. Food is very good and high quality. Stuff ate very nice always ready ti help. Pools on the top of hotel are very nice with beautiful view on the Glacer. All the recomandation to this hotel.

Simply, this is my 5th time in Kaprun/Zell am See, and this has been the best place I’ve stayed at. Staff couldn’t speak English, however, they were super friendly and somehow we could understand each other.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return
