It was relatively close to the city, as well as the ski slopes. It also had a nice ski depot. The apartment was very clean and beautiful.

We've been everywhere throughout the Alps, hotels and apartments, and this one without the usual fuss, delivers subtle perfection, because good things come with the attention to details, we often see intention but utter fail in execution. Not on this one. Location is superb right next to the lifts, very good ski store next to it. Also there's a bus station nearby. Everything was remarkably clean. We had typical alpine room but apart from other places, it was truly functional; lots of sockets everywhere; bed, near the sofa, etc. Two big LCD TVs. Two sink bathroom. Walk in shower that doesn't leak to the rest of the bathroom. Quiet. Staff was always there without intruding with your daily stuff. An excellent and always in top cleaning conditions ski room. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you can expect without the usual annoying daily changes of fruit or bread that some hotels do. We'll come back for sure

Rooms are spacey and clean. Hotel has a nice touch of modern and traditional alpine style with great views all around. Very clean facilities, staff is friendly and food was good. Sauna is also great and clean, the pool has the best view and wasn't too crowded despite fully booked hotel.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities very close to the slopes - T-bar 1 minute walk. Great options for breakfast. We had a junior suite which was well kitted out and spacious. Secure underground parking and ski storage.

    The location was superb. The location is next to 2 small lifts which are perfect for small children. It is just across the street. For the people who would like to explore the whole resort, it is possible to use the same lifts since they are connected to the other slopes of the resort. The apartments are beautiful. They are complete, everything is new, it is spacious and is very baby friendly. The family owning the apartments supplied the apartment with a bed for our little baby and a chair so she could join us eating.

    Location was perfect for the village of Hinterglemm and the bus to sights further afield. Great for small children and older. Our children lived the kids club and the pool which wasn’t out of their depth. The play park in the grounds was wonderful too. Bedroom could sleep three children and there was a separate toilet to the bathroom which was very useful.

    Location within Saalbach and access to the Jokercard activities is excellent. We felt welcome with our 2 small children and the staff were lovely, from reception to the restaurant. The river outside the hotel added to the ambiance of the stay. Rooms were spacious and had ample room for a family of 4 and all our luggage.
