A very unique place with plenty of amenities and cleanliness. We truly admire the work they did with the 745 tram; it was a wonderful experience spending time there with friends and family. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen, although small (which is understandable since it was a tram), had an outdoor area where we could barbecue and cook our meals more comfortably. The firepit area and especially the living room, which felt like we were traveling, made it all incredibly fun!

    Jan, the owner, was very helpful with pre-commnication and when we arrived. The accommodation was very well maintained with comfortable beds and quiet location. A delightful, rural outlook and perfect for those attending weddings or other functions in the Yarra Valley. The studio which we could also book was very comfortable and able to accommodate an extra 2 couples

    Beautiful surroundings, with animals and the views seen from all the windows! Fresh and clean, with all the amenities and was one of the best fitted out places/kitchens I’ve stayed in. High chair and cot were available which made travelling with our toddler easy. Hosts were lovely and check in/out was easy. Excellent stay and would love to come back one day.

    We stayed with 2 couples and 2 children for a wedding at Coombe which is only a 1 minute drive from the house. The house had everything we could need, comfy beds, heating, and plenty of room for the kids to run around safely outside as its fully fenced. Close to all the Yarra Valley attractions and wineries. Only 5 minutes from Stones/Meletos/Huberts Estate where we enjoyed lunch. The host was clear with check-in instructions. We will definitely be back.
