Tranquility is 100% correct. We live in the city so this was a very good change for my family and I. Though just 1 night, the fireplace, the warmth and woodiness of the house gave us the type of feel we’d always love to experience watching romcom movies. It really takes your mind away from the troubles you have from work just by breathing the air and looking at the view of the woods, and listening to animal calls at night and in the morning. What an experience.

Millers Rest is located in Gladysdale and offers a shared lounge. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Everything is perfect with this property. Exceptionally clean and well cared for with good quality comfortable furnishings. A well stocked kitchen, complimentary fruit bowl and even bird food for the Australian King Parrots that visit the garden in abundance.. The garden is so tranquil and relaxing I could have stayed there for the day! We only stayed one night but we all agreed we should make a return visit for a longer stay especially as it’s an easy drive to Warburton. Fenella answered our messages promptly and helpfully.

We loved the ensuite to the room, thankfully we were given that especially cos i was travelling with 2 kids under 6. The co-living space, kitchen and living area was clean and self-sufficient, we also met other travellers that we so friendly. Richard was also so helpful to help me with the luggage as he saw me with 2 young ones!
