The epitome of hospitality. The ladies I met during my checking and check out both were great and made me feel really welcomed . The location is convenient and the breakfast is an experience as you can make your own waffle and plenty of choices plus a great coffee. Royal Palms holds that special ambience that its hard to find these days . If you look for personalized service, it's the perfect place in Hamilton.

The Gold Lounge was the star of the show. The small team there provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food options as part of the lounge service was great. Having complimentary unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee was so convenient to have.

beautiful views and location from the cliffside rooms with gorgeous beach steps away; breakfast buffet was included and plentiful with a la carte options & afternoon tea was an added treat.Cliffside rooms were quiet and set away from main lobby area. A 10 day trip to Bermuda. I chose that accommodation according to the positive tourist testimonials. So I decided to stay at Airbab Moongate East for my temporary holidays. Everything was so amazing with good facilities in the great location towards Hamilton City. There are several bus stops down the road from the property. Glen and Gail had been a very kind and helpful host to me during my 10 day stay at their studio apartment. She insisted on showing me everywhere on the island during a car trip. Everything is so amazing that I have viewed so many beautiful scenes such as old historical places, some pink sand beaches and more interesting road trips so I had a wonderful opportunity to do a lot more photography. By the way I insisted on paying Gail several reasonable amounts of money for her pure kindness. There is a big supermarket within a few kilometres away from the property where I had been staying. It does actually provide a big range of both Irish and British food products. I had no problem buying a lot of both Irish and British food products over there. Airbab Moongate East is the best location in Paget Parish, Bermuda. It is best accessible to anywhere so amazing by bus on the island. Bus fares are very reasonable. It is much cheaper than any Bermudian taxis. I had the best memorable travel experience of my life over there. I strongly recommend that Airbab Moongate accommodation for any future tourists. Owen and Charlene are very kind, welcoming and helpful hosts. The room is very nice and clean, and wifi works very well. The bathroom is spacious, and has a nice walk in shower. Finally the property is at walking distance from the center.

    I requested a baby cot in my room which wasn’t there when we arrived despite confirmation. Eventually we got one and were charged quite heavily for it. There was some confusion about whether our stay included breakfast. No one seemed to be able to confirm this! Overall though the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice although not overly great for young children.
