It is clean. In general the owner also gives instructions so that the house maintain cleanliness. The stay is comfortable. Shower is good. Facilities are well equipped. Was able to wash and dry my clothes quickly. Owner is friendly and was willing to accommodate to my needs when I request for late check out.

The location is excellent as it's near Metrotown, restaurants and the main streets. The gym is well-equipped and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable and the kitchenette provides the flexibility to make simple meals and/or warm up food.

This Burnaby hotel is within 5 minutes' drive from the Pacific National Exhibition and Playland amusement park. Free parking is included. A balcony is featured in each room.

Lovely friendy staff. Great place to be based for a few days in Vancouver. Great sized rooms and really comfy.

Renovated in 2022 and featuring an outdoor pool, the Holiday Inn Express Vancouver-Metrotown is only 12 km away from Vancouver city centre. A microwave and refrigerator are available in each room.

Was a quick stay for our family but was a great stay, good service, very clean and nice modern accommodating rooms. Roof top pool was a lovely accommodation for the kids as well.

Check-in was simple and easy, place was super clean and we had everything we needed! Location is close to the Skytrain so we were only 20 mins away from DT Van. Would recommend!

The property is exactly as seen in the pictures. The view from the rooms and dining room are exceptional. Super clean, huge bed, perfect temperature. Simply perfect.
