Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

Such a nice place and surroundings. Beautiful house with a big garden right next to the river. In the morning fresh breakfast with homemade jam and bread. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

great hospitality of the owners, we could not have diner in the restaurant because of a private party but they have more than compensated this by offering a bottle of wine for our pick nick during hiking and by their friendlyness, we will surely go back.

Our stay in this apartment was simply great. It was clean, spacious and well furnished, kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Lovely view from the balcony and location is great, just a few minutes from the thermal bath. Check in was super easy. Many thanks to host Marco who was very attentive and helpful. Bluebell is a lovely location, great welcome. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, cold beer in the fridge wine available, fabulous breakfast with warm croissants and second day breakfast available to order.kitchenette which is well stocked.
