A new and exceptionally clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Our room was ready upon arrival—even with kids—and had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options to choose from. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary spa access included with our booking. The room was so comfortable and clean and big and smells so good.. i slept well. The view from the balcony and the room was to die for. I can see the whole town & the castle. I managed to see falling snow.. it's so magical. The self check-in and check-out was easy to follow.. The owner was so friendly and the nicest person i get to know..she helped to solve my problem and even gave me a tour of Bellinzona the next day. If you would like a private tour arround Bellinzona or anywhere nearby, you can request from her. She'll gave a good price.

This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!

The bed was very comfy, shower great, breakfast, drinks and evening meal in the garden all excellent. Hosts really friendly. Lovely walk along the lake into Locarno and very convenient for the train station. Would highly recommend.

The instructions which were arrived earlier by email were comprehensive and our arrival at the property was smooth and fast. Further in the living room were additional instructions on the spa bath and other facilities around like BBQ and wash machine. The bathroom is very wide and spacious. The house in general is well kept and very comfortable. And of course the highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony especialy at sunset.

Continental breakfast only but this was well presented fresh and plenty of choice. Large room, with unique design but very functional and modern. Very quiet and peaceful.
