The bed was very comfy, shower great, breakfast, drinks and evening meal in the garden all excellent. Hosts really friendly. Lovely walk along the lake into Locarno and very convenient for the train station. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was not included, but we had a coffee machine with capsules (latter supplied) and there is a small store close by for the morning pastries. Great location with lovely view over the lake. We had an easy walk to the water and the centre of town; also, the bus 4 stops just outside if needed. The host kindly left us a large bottle of San Pellegrino water (much appreciated as it was quite hot) and a cold bottle of Prosecco. We felt very welcome :)

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Their cheeriness was infectious. A true asset to whoever owns the hotel. The room was very well appointed and decorated. Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.
