The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

Hotel Taescherhof is located in Täsch, 5 km from Zermatt. The rooms come with a flat-screen TV. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day.

I really loved my room and its view! It was very spacious for one person. There were also a hiking backpack and a tote bag inside the closet. The coffee station and minibar were all included, which is quite rare. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious! You will always find something to eat in the lobby, such as snacks, cakes, croissants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.

We had an excellent stay at the Schloss. From the perfect location in front of the train station to the top-class spa, friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and tea time, and the pleasant atmosphere in the living room and common areas—everything was wonderful. The location of the apartment is second to none in the village! Just enjoy every corner especially the terrace and view of Matterhorn and Zermatt! The facilities are nice and clean. The rooms are very warm. And most importantly the owner is very friendly!!! I will come back next time when I need a recharge in my life.
