The property manager (Leonardo) and the staff care for the guests as people. In my case, a thunderstorm brewed over the night and I was planning to drive to our next location. Leonardo and another staff member looked up some local news to make sure we knew what the safest route was. In regard to the room, they have 2 AC units and loads of space for either couples or small families. The community is secure and feels very cozy. Breakfast is delicious. HIGHLY HIGHLY regard others to stay here.

Everything! The place is quite far from the touristy La Fortuna and it is perfect to enjoy the peaceful nature. It is like living in paradise. All the details were well thought of. The rooms are excellent as well as the staff! Everyone was very helpful and kind. They also helped us to create a plan for the rest of our trip after leaving this place (Thanks Andrés!).

Amazing view of the volcano, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Managed to see a few animals on the property, e.g. iguana. The room offered lots of privacy. Breakfast buffet had excellent choice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Great facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants. Excellent value for money. Arenal is a great destination too, with so much to do.
