Excellent value for money. Conveniently located close to Ambato's city center, but away from its hustle and bustle. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. Room was perfectly clean, bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located in a zone with several seafood restaurants. The hotel itself has its own one. Rooms to the back are quiet (and on a clear day you can see the Cotopaxi from the distance).

I didn't get the chance to like anything. I never actually stayed as they claim on their payment details that they accept credit cards - they do not. They had to cancel my booking and I went elsewhere for half the price
