very good location, easy access with baby pram , family friendly and a big balcony with a good view!

The check in was really smooth. Apartment was spacy, clean and had everything needed. Fresh air. Location of the apartment is excellent. Yes, it is in the same building with Sigmund Freud bar and it might be noisy on Friday or Saturday. Was not a bad thing to us, but for family with a baby/kids weekend might not be best timing.

Room, spa, breakfast as everybody else who has been there. Many families with children due to their kids friendly policy.

Great location, view on the harbor and city. All amenities and especially very child friendly and modern. We got 2 cots, high chair and even potty. It’s super close to the old town, has a small park with trampoline for kids and the mall for shopping close by. Thank you!

It was very quiet, didn't hear any neibours. The flat was very clean and spacious. Our child is learning how to crawl and the flat was perfect for that. Having an elevator in the building was perfect as we had to take a stroller upstairs. The heating during winter was also spotless and adjustable. We requested infant bed and asked for feeding chair for the baby. The chair could have been cleaner though, but good that it was available. We attended a concert in the Alexella concert hall, the location is perfect for that too.

We were lucky to get the extra spacious corner room. Everybody felt comfortable. The unfolding sofa-chair was not very comfortable for my teenager son but that was expected and good enough for the price. Great location, good rooms and service. Kids were happy to have the unlimited access to the waterpark. Breakfasts were good with a few different options. Recommend for family getaway for a few days. Parking available for Eur 7 per day at nearby location - 5 minute walk from the hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Breakfast and pool were not as busy as in the summer so the experience was much more comfortable. Great location, everything is within walking distance even with children. This time we booked a bigger family room. The bath tub is really big unlike in many other hotels. The room as really spacious and fridge and microwave were handy with the kids. The little "kitchen" could stock some basic utensils, such as fork and knife.

Dreamy stay: lovely room, wonderfull stress-free breakfast, beautiful historical building(s), perfect location, friendly and calm atmosphere. Hotel is also very kid-friendly without loosing its luxurious atmosphere. They took kids so well into account: kid-size bathrobes/slippers, kid friendly shampoo etc kit waiting, teddy bears, surprices etc...

In this apartment you have everything you need it is perfect for a family with kids, you will find crib for the baby and even a potty. Oleg is very available host. You are in the center so you have everything you need close and with a distance of a walk. Children loved this apartment so much cause you have a good space. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very satisfied and definitely recommended

One of the rare short-term rent apartments that I was sad to leave... Like the title says - it is cozy and it feels like home! I was there alone, but the place has place for a whole family, with all the facilities needed. Washing machine, rack for drying, fan - the ones I used, but it is also equipped for families with small children.
