This was our first stop after flying over from Canada, so it was a great spot to recover from the jetlag. The restaurant was good and the location was convenient for going to check out the town and to get to the bus stop.

Great hotel, with nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, polite & welcoming. Rooms are huge, clean, comfortable We had everything we needed. The bathroom was very well cleaned as well. The location is breathtaking - I had a room looking straight over the bridges and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room itself was huge and beautifully appointed including an excellent en-suite shower room. I took dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and efficient and the systems for check-in, car park and check out are really well thought out and effective. I’ll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

We were leaving very early for airport so Naomi organised us a packed lunch instead of breakfast & the night porter made them up for us. Perfect for the plane. Our room was a twin, Naomi immediately asked would we prefer a double. Dinner was excellent.
