Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

The finest hotel in all of Tbilisi. We changed our booking at the very last minute and randomly picked the Palm tibilisi boutique hotel, and what a great decision it turned out to be! From the charming palm trees at the entrance to the cute decoration around the hotel, we were not disappointed. Our stay was made special by the staff, who regularly asked us if we needed anything, accommodated our needs by ensuring late breakfast and meat free options. But our hearts were stolen by Ana, who was our mother far away from home. Ana took care of us every single day and gave us more than we could ever ask for. A special thanks to Mari and Ana, who made this entire trip a memorable one and to the staff for the kindness towards us during the entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a small and cosy hotel with an amazing staff!

I've traveled all over Europe and this is the best hostel I've stayed at. If you get along with females, you'll love this place. I booked one night and ended up staying two weeks. This hostel feels like home. If you want a taste of home (your Mom's house), I recommend you stay here. I'm a long-term traveler, and this place is so homey. People here love to relax, sleep in, cook, eat, share food, chat, and interact with everyone. You'll feel so relaxed and at home you won't want to leave. I'm departing to another country but I'm sad to go because I've had such a wonderful time. Although the hostel is located on a slight incline hill, the public transport is only 1 lari, and that lari is free to use for 1.5 hours (90 mins) on any bus or metro, and the buses come right to the hostel. You'll get stronger and get your workout on if you don't take a bus and choose to walk to the metro, which is 15-20 mins away. 3 lari = 1 us dollar, so public transport is cheap. Grocery stores are only 3 mins walk away, and there are many to choose from in the area. The hostel is in a quiet location, girls are respectful here, so you'll get a good night's rest. Cute local cats will greet you from the kitchen widow. They feed them daily, so you can snuggle a cat if you like cats. Beds are comfortable, the hostel is super clean, and they have great cookware to cook, with lot's of communal spices to choose from. You'll come as a guest and leave as family.
