The owner was very hospitable. The location of the house is great and you will almost enter the sea from the balcony. It has an amazing sea. I think it is the Maldives of Samos. There is also a free area to park your car. There are excellent restaurants very close by. And the food in these restaurants is excellent. Very close to Kokkari and vathi. On the beach right in front of the house, Alex allocated us sun loungers and also said that we could use a small canoe. He was helpful in every subject, in short, we felt ourselves at home. We thank him and his little daughter very much. We plan to come again next year

This is an incredible place. From the first step you are greeted by a beautiful landscape design of the territory, and a surprisingly spacious and bright guest hall. All colors are chosen in such a way that you calm down and relax. The room is very comfortable, everything works perfectly. Breakfasts are selected so that if you do not eat something, you will be offered organic food, without this or that ingredient. I want to note the hospitality, friendliness and atmosphere, this is something special. The best review would probably be that my wife and I want to come here again this summer.

Location is perfect, on the beach, in the center of Kokkari ,new decoration apartment, can Stay 4-5 people with 2 queen( king) size bed, owner Efi is great host, with many snacks and gift,, perfect stay for Samos,, super clean

The apartment was , light ,airy and very clean. It was in a wonderful location. It was on the seafront by the tavernas and cafés. ( Not along the beach road). There was a set of French windows in the living area and in the bedroom, both of which had very good seaviews.The kitchen was a good size , well stocked and with a small dishwasher. The apartment also offered use of a washing machine which we were pleased with. The bed was comfortable ( they are often not in Greece) and there were plenty of towels. Again unusual. The shower room was a good size with plenty of hot water.The host was very friendly , helpful and easy to contact.

We booked this accommodation in the mountain area, far away from the beach, hoping to enjoy the nature and relax in a quiet area. As we are going to arrive in Vathi harbor too early in the morning, having check in arrangement at noontime, we had decide to drive around having breakfast under sun rising. Instead, we received a phone call by Mrs Helen, prior to our departure from Piraeus, saying that, it will be not comfortable for us to drive around, as she had already arrange for us, a short stay in their own apartment over our accommodation. By reaching in their own apartment, to sleep for couple hours till our check in time, we found a basket with fresh fruits, full breakfast assortments and shower area !!!! All of them given by her heart, at NO CHARGE !!!! Later on, by getting in our accommodation, we really impressed with high quality of renovation they made. By keeping the major cell of a cottage house, they create an atmospheric very clean accommodation with all necessary modern facilities and customer’s needs. During two weeks of our stay, we had the feeling of living in our own home !! In the village there is also, a traditional tavern to try for. By getting position in the middle of the island, is easy and capable to drive and visit every side of the island. Several villages are very close and even Pythagoreio, one of the most famous seaside village, is only 20 mins driving. Mr. Stelios (Helens husband) was there for any help, explanation, guiding (even to local festivals), and mostly behaving like your longtime friend. Thanks to them and their excellent hospitality, we enjoy our vacation unexpectedly in the best way, through generous people who are respecting the tradition and trying also to maintain happiness. If you are a traveler, go there!!!
