The hot tub pool that's half covered and half uncovered is a game changer. When it was wind in the evening the alcove protected us but we could still enjoy the sun in the day. The unit is also soo beautiful decorated with all the lux touches like gowns and slippers. It was magic

Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.
