Being on San Miguel, you get to have the best view of Flores at all different times of the day surrounded by beautiful plants. Staff are all lovely, especially Noa, who went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy; and the vibe is chilled, relaxed, and easy. It is on a bit of a hill so may not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

Es una preciosidad de hotel. We are so glad we decided to book this hotel because we didnt know Flores and thought that maybe not staying in Flores wasn't a good idea... but couldnt be more happy. Flores is caotic so having this oasis just a boat away for us was the best choice. We rested in a double room with two gigantic beds... swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to Flores at no cost. LUXURY TOTAL. But the best of the hotel is the staff. They are ALL VERY VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. There is also clothing cleaning at not cost.

Very good location at the lake front, nice balcony, everything was very clean, the stuff were cleaning the public areas all the time. Very good breakfast (included) with many options, friendly staff, nice pool, good cocktails, many options to book excursions where everything worked out as planned. We would love to come back!
