Host, Dila, is one of the best hosts I've ever met. At a city where I don't have friends or people who can help me, I could feel relieved thanks to her concerns and helps everytime. She tried to meet every needs of the clients. Fasilities are clean and quite modern, so I didn't feel any inconvenience during my trip.

I have only good things to share about this place. Clean, well located and the staff is beyond helpful. Jay is there at any hour to provide support, we forgot our sunglasses when we left and he came at 4 in the morning with his scooter to bring the glasses on our way to the airport.

The Hosts are very lovely and welcoming people. They can speak English and are always trying to help you if you ask them something. The location, room, facilities, staff, food were all amazing. Particularly the staff and the food. An absolute gem of a place in a surprisingly beautiful location. The panoramic view from the room and dining area outside of the sea is out of this World. There are not many places left on earth where the view out to sea and the local islands is totally unspoilt.

We were sick during our stay and Rivaldi and Herwin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of including checking us into a room well before check in time, bringing food to our room and making us butterfly tea. It was so relaxing at Air Manis that we could lie in bed and listen to birds all day and watch the sunset over the ocean.
