We loved to stay there with our family of five. We were welcomed by a great family and had a most lovely walk both in the city but especially in the rice fields around the house. Mister Adi and his family are most helpful for organising the rest of the trip in Flores. You can truly believe their great advice. Last point. The dinner at home is just excellent. He also offers amazing sun rise trekking to the adjacent rice fields & tours to the traditional villages, spiderweb rice fields & an awesome waterfall - all in all amazing place to experience ruteng!

Amazing hosts and perfect experience! Hosts are extraordinary nice and friendly! They helped us a lot with laundry, dinners and recommendations what to visit in the area. They also speak english very well. The place is completly new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious. In the walking distance there is a traditional rice field and village. Overall great price for value!

Petronella, Alexander and Abel were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us into their home in such a cheerful and friendly way. They helped us renting a scooter and also with a phone call when we needed it. Petronella is also a wonderful chef and we enjoyed her simple and genuine cooking very much. The accommodation is very clean and simple but has everything you might need and the bed was really comfortable. The shower has hot water and that's a plus because in the evening the air is quite fresh. We can only recommend Skipper house!

Peter and Carolina are very hospitable hosts. They made me feel welcome the moment I checked in to their property. Peter showed me around, brought me to local restaurant to try their local cuisine and also brought me to his relatives house where I got to experience their local culture and delicious food. The property itself is very clean, cozy and quiet at night which enabled me to have a good night sleep after a long day of travelling. Just stay here!! The family is super kind, speak excellent English and the wife is a great cook. She can make dinner at request and you get to eat with the family. The room itself is basic like the rest of Flores but you get hot water and the bed is comfortable. The family help with organising transport, tops for the area etc
