This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again. The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. It was well equipped with a TV, kettle, fridge, coffee machine and iron. The bathroom was also nice and clean, with a powerful shower. The breakfast is really good, there’s plenty of choice!

I recently stayed at Kathleen’s Carrowkeel Cottage, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The cottage itself is a beautiful blend of traditional farmhouse charm and modern interior comforts. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house is super clean—everything was spick and span, with no unpleasant smells in the kitchen or elsewhere. It’s very well designed, with comfort and coziness clearly in mind. From the layout to the thoughtful furnishings, it felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for me was the view out the back—two majestic horses in the backyard and a cow farm just beyond, adding to the unique countryside feel. It was a different experience waking up to the sights and sounds of the farm, which added a lovely, authentic touch to my stay. While there is no Wi-Fi at the cottage, I was able to get a good 5G signal in the kitchen, so staying connected wasn't an issue. Overall, Carrowkeel Cottage is a lovely place for anyone looking to relax in a serene environment while still enjoying all the comforts of a modern home.

Family friendly, lots of activities for kids and good location with a bus to the town right at the entrance. Breakfast was also nice with a very good selection. Tents for kids in the room is a nice optional touch as was the pool inflatable.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean hotel. The two-bedroom room was ideal for family with children. Self service buffet breakfast is brilliant for children and allows for less waste. Our 4 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Kids Club on each of the two evenings she went. The inflatables in the pool went down a treat. The welcome note and beautiful chocolates were appreciated! As we're the welcome Busy Bags for the children.
