The behaviour of staff was exceptional especially Susmitha from reception helped a lot,We came there for our daughters admission to a college nearby she supported even with introduction of some other guests who came for same purpose which supported a lot during the process She seems to be a real asset for the organisation as we came back almost 3 times same place Also Balram from F& B was really great in making us comfortable with the foods adapting to children needs Also Mayuri from admin Team and Neha from F& B were very supportive

And emergency service is 24x7. It was a pleasure to visit during my stay, I was coming to narayana hrudayalaya many years I stayed in 5 to 10 hotels near this place but this time I found a very good hotel SGR Luxury homes.
