The house is very beautiful, nicely maintained. You will feel like you are at home. Rooms are spacious, my 3 year old daughter really loved the house and could play and enjoy herself. The house owner Amey is an excellent host. Very nice person and made us very comfortable. Provided us nice and yummy breakfast. He was always available whenever we needed him and guided us with site seeing in Kolhapur and Mahabaleshwar.

    The location is perfect.. though it is in the heart of the city, it's off the road so there's no noise of traffic. The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very nice for a family stay. The caretaker, Mr Varekar is very accomodating and available on call at any time. Will definitely visit again.

    Host Amey is one of the best host I have come across in my recent times, he is extremely down to earth and very helpful with everything. The property is perfect stay for a family who is looking for comfortable and private space, it’s a 2 BHK bungalow with all basic and modern amenities, which literally gives you a luxury stay at an very affordable price.
