Great location, clean rooms, good owner, staff. Great breakfast. The family wanted to stay a day more at Neil Island because of the resort.

We were three families booked three rooms. We enjoyed our stay and food thoroughly. Owner and his wife are nice welcoming persons. Highly recommended

The place is exactly what you see in the pictures and my stay was amazing! Helpful staff, good food and decent service. Do not expect anything luxurious, it is good for family or friends stay as well. Also near to the sitapur beach, which makes it easier to wake up in the morning and go for the early sunrise views!

The worst hotel just waste of money...the food is horrible.... breakfast was limited and offered only Puri and sabji that was woeful.... please don't visit the resort with family....there only one staff Karan who was good other than him nothing was good.
