I can definitely say that this is one of the best properties in Tezpur. The owner couple is very nice, responsive and welcoming, and their service is excellent. The hygiene is very well maintained. It’s a perfect spot for couples and families (not suitable for house parties). The place provides homely and cozy experience. The location is very quiet and peaceful with good road network connectivity in the heart of Tezpur.

Every thing about the cottage is great ! It has been built with great care of every single detail and has a lot of charm. It comes as a wonderful surprise in the middle of the city and the market. It is a bit noisy for sensitive ears but nothing exceptional for India. Geeta and her husband are absolutely lovely and do really care about their customers. Our stay was one we will remember for long. And we hope to be back again soon !
