Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

The location of the apartment is perfect! The window is right on the main street infront of the amazing view, you can sit by the window the whole day. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Great medium size apartment ideal for pre and Post Tour stop. Glad we booked there for after the tour as well. Staff speak English and couldn't be more helpful. Know local taxi operators and the bus stop is 50m down the road which connects to metro. 1 hour into Rome and a lovely trip seeing the sights or 70 Euro by taxi. Walking g distance to local ships, supermarket and bistro and cafes.
