The garden is vast and extraordinary. It's beautiful with the two ponds and especially the children enjoyed the anymals: they have peacocks, a horse, goats and cute cats. Just 2 minutes by bike is the river tagliamento where you can play (swim) . The house is very clean and the hosts provide you with everything you need. They are very generous and offer a very good Continental breakfast. We spent there one night on our cycle toour from tarvis to grado but could have easily stayed longer. We can absolutely recommend the place!

Everything was well prepared, the apartment is great and very comfy. The most surprising thing is the contact we had before we arrived. There were no doubts at any part of our stay - therefore I give 10 out of 10 for a great and very attentive approach.

Authentic place in small city center! After first five minutes after arrival I was chatting with locals sitting in pizzeria. (Pizzeria is in same building - pizzas was great) Super place to feel like local and get know with local culture!
