As clearly stated, the BeB is easy to get to by car and slightly less so if you are travelling by train. But the owner is extremely helpful and always ready to find a solution. The place is extremely beautiful, quite and very well kept. Breakfast is all handmade products and delicious ones indeed. The room and private bathroom is pristine and the wooden floor is a joy. I stayed in one of the hottest day of this 2023 July and clearly the temperature was not pleasant as at night it stayed as hot as during the day, but I guess we're living in unexpected weather conditions and there is nothing the owner could have done. Strongly recommended.

Everything was exactly as it should be. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room clean and well designed, the kitchen — very practical. The neighborhood is nice and close to the train station. The staff — very nice and helpful!

We are returning guests and were again not disappointed, will come back again in late August. The host is simply outstanding, very friendly and helpful - and a great cook who values local produce and gave us a great start into the morning. I booked this as accomodation close to Imola circuit, just 30km. Location is perfect, among vineyards, with old tower nearby, close to Faenza, and only 50km from the sea. Views around are amazing. Great breakfast, host has no problem to adjust to our time. He was helpfull and welcoming.
