The hostess was very communicative! She reached out well in advance to our stay and sent lots of information about the area and what to do. We made use of the airport shuttle service - very convenient! The property itself is lovely too, we enjoyed the pool and garden! Beautiful view of the mountains and it takes about 3 minutes walking to get to the lake. 10 minutes walking to the public beach for a swim. The apparent was sparkling clean and the towels + linen of great quality.

Very well located on the waterfront in Lenno, opposite the ferry stop and away from the busy main road. Much quieter than other towns but very easy access to ferry to get to nearby Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo, Menaggio, etc. We arrived by car which we left in the convenient basement parking and then just walked and used ferries. You can sit outside at the restaurant directly overlooking lake Como so it is an exceptional setting. Very helpful staff assisted us in booking entry for the nearby Villa del Balbianello which is the only garden where you otherwise have to queue.

Situated in Lenno, "The Balbianello Lake House Blue" is a recently renovated accommodation, 25 km from Villa Olmo and 26 km from Voltiano Temple.

Carla is a great host! She took really good care about us and was always available, when we needed her. At the beginning she showed us the really clean and comfortable house and gave us some really helpful suggestions about the region. The house offered all advertised amenities, and breakfast / coffee was included. We felt well taken care of and thank Carla for welcoming us so warmly.
