The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. The apartment had everything I needed, very comfortable and well-equipped, and it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host Barbara was extremely kind and always ready to help. Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena

Paolo and his family is really great choice. Place where Paolo offers his bnb is incredible, it looks like tiny palace. We had two rooms for two, they were super clean, both rooms had air condition and bathroom (one had bathtub and second bathroom was with shower). Accommodation is not that far from city centre, we usually takes like 5 minutes car ride. Paolo was super nice, his english is also really great, he even came ask us questions about our days and if we are okay, it was so sweet of him. When we first came he gave us some tips about what to see and do in Modena. And that breakfast of his was wonderful, from croissants to cheesecake.

Very nice, quiet apartment around 15mins walk from centre of Modena ( 30 mins to train station) Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Netflix. A very nice pasticceria just round the corner for croissants and other bakery goods in the morning and very nice cakes. Loads of good places to eat in Modena with recommendations from the owner, who is lovely. A kettle and some mugs rather than coffee cups would have made it perfect, but we managed to make tea with a pan! Unfortunately due to recent rain the garden area was a bit muddy to use, but on drier times would have been nice. Lots of places to see in Modena and easy to get to Bologna, Parma and Mantova by train.

Right from the location to the house itself and the owner. She was super helpful in everything and took care of every detail in the house. Also, we stayed coz it’s front of Osteria Francescana restaurant, and we saw Mossimo in the street and met him.
