Self check in was very important for me as I was arriving very late, and it went super smooth. The host is communicating in a timely manner, everything is easy to find, the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe. The apartment is clean and has everything you will need. A very good option for the price.

Fabrizio is the perfect host. Tenuta Lisetta is just what we needed after a first day ride on bicycles out from Rome (start of southern route of the Way of St Francis). The great rooms, the view, the splendid meal Fabrizio organised. His gracious invite to us to join a private party of his around the lovely pool area. A night to remember.

BOMA was the best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. We were greeted by the most kind and gorgeous woman, Eleonora, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed (an extra bed in our room, dinner reservations, the address for a laundromat, even ice for my husband’s sore knee). She was just a breath of fresh air. There is an amazing restaurant at the hotel that I cannot recommend enough. It is packed full of locals at night so you feel like you’ve stumbled across a hidden gem. Liliana looked after us both times we dined and she was brilliant. I haven’t seen anyone work so hard in the service industry for a long time. She had a special dish made for our very hungry and tired children, nothing was too much for her including bringing you a glass of Prosecco to enjoy in the garden or organising water for the kids while they swam in the pool.
