The Host Nicolò is really great and helpful for the arrival, helping for parking the car and assist for the luggages. Appartement rénovation is really great and globally a must and house déco so cute and authentic. Bed is large and very comfortable, All was so clean, room is exceptionnal with private terrasse. We loved everything in this 5 star Air B and B❤️The location in the heart of Arona, the amazing interior design is fantastic, memory foam bed, spacious room and the amenities, cleanliness, the breakfast spread of food was enormous, and of course Debra who was always there to assist us.

We really enjoyed the accomodation. Everything was wonderful, the room was nice, clean, the swimming pool was very good, the breakfast was international and also traditional. The hosts were very kindful, helpful, they informed us about attractions in this region, and other things. We stayed a week and hopefully we will return there.

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

Everything. It was just the perfect t stay with the perfect host. There was great communication before the stay. The room and premises were as beautiful or even better than in then photos on booking. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh produce (ham, cheese, mozzarella, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, juices, Croissants, muffins, soya or oat milk as alterrnatives, Biscotti and similar - and bread obviously. Plus the design and styling of the rooms and communal areas was a perfect marriage between the old building and modern decor - and all with very much attention to detail. Wine tasting was also available as Decanter House produces its own wine (as the name might give away :-), but we had sadly to time for it, as we were there for my son's EYBL basketball tournament watching him play. The house is beautifully set in the countryside but just a few minutes from Borgomanero center and ca 20 min from Lago Maggiore and just over 1h from Milan. We were looking first to book a place more towards Milan, but they all did not look half as nice as Decanter House. So I am very glad we stayed here and Manuela was the prefect host. And we will definitely be back !!!

Cute balcony to enjoy coffee or a meal with a view of the medieval castle, Rocca di Angera (well worth a visit!). Immaculately presented, spacious apartment. Huge, comfortable super king-sized bed. Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime and YouTube. Large kitchen with coffee machine. Brand new bathroom with a shower worthy of a luxury hotel. Excellent location: Angera is a delightful, low-key lakeside town with a port offering boat trips all around the lake. The apartment is just a two-minute walk from a great supermarket, a bakery, the lakefront, the local food market (Thursday mornings—a must-visit), and the best pizzeria in all of Lake Maggiore (De Vita Pizzeria, truly deserving of its many five-star reviews online!). Best host I’ve ever encountered in all my travels! We arrived at Milan Malpensa airport at night in the pouring rain with huge bike boxes, only to discover that the minivan airport transfer we had booked was a scam. Our host performed nothing short of a miracle by calling around and arranging a friend of a friend with a minivan to pick us up and bring us to Angera. Without this above-and-beyond help, we would have been stranded. Be warned! A scam company, COSMO S.N.C. di Meloni Stefania, operates multiple fake taxi websites that take bookings and payments but never show up: airportstaxitransfers.com, milan-airport-transfers.com, and olbiaairporttaxi.com. We successfully used transfeero.com for our return trip to the airport with oversized luggage.

Great location, a quirky accommodation option for sure. Restaurant on site is really good with great pizzas, plenty of supermarkets close by for your self catering provisions. A great (different) alternative accommodation option and whilst I wouldn’t class it as good value for money and cheaper options are available, with me being a boat owner myself, I understand the costs incurred by the owners that are associated with berthing fees, electricity and cleaning/maintenance etc.
