It’s a nice place to stay. Newly renovated, clean, cozy and relaxing. The view was beautiful, we could see Florence in the background. Stefano and his son Jacopo are very friendly and welcoming. We ate every evening at the restaurant. Jacopo is a very talented cook, all the dishes we tried were special. If I had to pick a favorite it would be the Lasagnetta and my husband’s favorite Panna Cotta. The breakfast was typical Italian: coffee and some cornetti or tarte. But it was not a problem to ask for some additional breakfast. We also tried their own olive oil. It was fantastic. So all together: We had a great time and an excellent dining experience.

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.
