One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. You can really tell that Aliona puts a lot of love and care into the house. It has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen and a little terrace where you can eat on nice days! Additionally, Aliona left us several items in the fridge as a gift so we could have breakfast—milk, ham, jams, bread, coffee, etc. We had a wonderful stay there. The hosts are a lovely family, always ready to help and make our stay easier. They even went the extra mile by saving us a parking spot with their own car, which they moved when we arrived. I highly recommend it—don’t hesitate to rent 'Le Rose Sul Lago'! Extra tip: If you love cats, this is also the place for you. Aliona has about 5 cats, and if you're patient and know how to approach them, you can get them to come over and pet them.

Very nice and family place. Amazing views, very clean apartment. Fresh and nice smell. Everything arranged to make the say as comfortable as possibe. Owners are happy to share tips regarding places to visit, food to eat. Light sweet breakfast was wating for us. Well equiped kitchen. One tip for owners - it would be good to complete the room with a wardrobe for guests' belongings. The arrangement of the apartment allows for convenient arrangement of things, but not in the wardrobe.

We specially liked the warm welcoming and superb service in the restaurant and also in breakfast table by William. We travel a lot, but have not felt this genuine warm service long time. He is the real gem of the place! Also the hotel itself, the room and restaurant are ver beautiful, very nicely renovated with small details. Our room was also very big and comfortable.

I'll join the chorus of praise for this B&B. Our room was simply but comfortably furnished with lots of thoughtful practical touches: plenty of hangers, lots of storage space for toiletries in the bathroom, tables and chairs for sitting out on the balcony when the sun is shining. Antonio is a wonderful host who does everything possible to make your stay special. Make sure you have enough time to enjoy the ample breakfast which is served in the garden when the weather. allows. The B&B is next to a cable car station: do take the short ride up to Piani d' Erna if you can, for breathtaking views over the lake and out to the Alps on a clear day. There are lots of opportunities for mountain walks or otherwise, there is a bus down to Lecco, a lovely lakeside town. Highly recommended!

    Lovely family-run spa hotel. Clean and homely feel and friendly staff front of house and restaurant. Think the rooms are well-priced. Well-cleaned rooms. Would have booked a bigger room but the hotel was fully booked. Beautifully presented and good service in the restaurant. Breakfast and Merenda were lovely. Really good massages. Easy to get to with views of the mountains. Would recommend it as a special place for a short break.

    The hotel is located in a nice small town. The atmosphere is calm and cozy. There is a nice view because all around the hotel you can see mountains. The host was very nice and he is a really talented cook. The staff was kind and nice. Luca prepared for us the best casoncelli and pasta that we ever tried. His good kids were also helping a lot and they were both good. The host is very flexible in terms of checkin and checkout options. Recommend 100%. Exceeds expectations.

    The location was amazing but you need to be aware of the winding roads that lead up to the hotel. The family that own the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and varied which was very welcome and the view was great if you could get a good spot. The shower was great. The bed very comfy. Restaurant provided good food. Unfortunately we didn't time to use the spa facilities which looked wonderful especially the pool on the hillside.
