We had an amazing time at Tenuta Fattoria Vecchia and loved every minute there. The whole building and especially our room (San Gimignano), pool area and just the whole place is a real gem in the middle of tuscan landscape. There is a nice view all over olive tree fields and you have no other building in sight. Especially the staff was extraordinary friendly and the service during breakfast was really outstanding. We really like the concept of the breakfast, with choosing between different classic breakfast options. Thanks for the nice stay!

it was a wonderful holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet place with a beautiful view, a small and cozy spa, a good dinner in the restaurant. The room is spacious enough, the bed is big and hard, and there is a pool outside where you can relax.

Great farm stay. Friendly staff. Prepare a nice cosy room. Great for sleeping. Good food - dinner $25 per per person. Unlimited wine, 4 courses, amazing. Great Breakfast included in the room rate. Lots of cakes. Live all the farm animals too, very cute dog, horse, rabbits, sheep, cow and chickens… Finally, the place closes to winery and hot spring.

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through on a cycle touring trip and always try and stay in agriturusmos. We were met by Jacopo who was very welcoming and friendly. Being a cyclist himself, we chatted a lot about bikes! The property is finished to the highest standard and is immaculately clean. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and private terrace. The views of the Tuscan hills are stunning. We had dinner there too which was incredible food. The breakfast was also excellent with homemade jams etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved everything, just a one night stay with the kids but will definitely be back again! The hosts are very accommodating and hospitable, we felt the Tuscan life in just a day with their apartment and the surrounding. Love their horses and the dogs Axel and Milli 😊 very family friendly place to stay!

    Tera Nerra is a beautiful olive farm with an original Toscanian house, comfortable rooms, great swimming pool and most ,important the host Luka, just a great guy always with a smile , ready to help in anything you need, we where lucky enough to also meet his parents and son. we where family of 6 very recommended!

    This agriturismo is perfect ! People here are very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean. We ordered a meal and enjoy it with a family, which own this place.it was amazing experience. We stay only for one night , but next time we will stay for a couple of days to enjoy swimming pool.

    Very nice property located on the hill with wonderful view to valley. Property is in the same family for several generations and it is authentic, where moms are cooking pasta by them selves. Restaurant was quite posh. Breakfast with a lot of choices, not usual to Italian. it very nice spot for romantic get away.
