Very nice and polite staff who helped us checked in and advise on the hotel. Rooms are clean and right sized. Breakfast selection was ok, with a good variety of drinks.

Great place to stay with spacious room and many helpful amenities (they even have rental games it seems), and the most outstanding of all is the superb service! The location was great, only a short walk to anything you might want. The availability of a bar is great to have without leaving the property. A nice cozy feel to the place without lots of hangout areas inside and out.

Breakfast was readily served at the time we had requested. There was good quality and variety of food served for breakfast. The hotel rooms and facilities were very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and we had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay at Sanage. We also enjoyed both the public and private onsens available at the hotel. I love the peaceful environment in and around the hotel grounds. There were some scenic spots for photo taking within the nearby grounds. There was a restaurant near the hotel that served a wide variety of food, and we enjoyed all of the several meals we had at this restaurant.
