Enjoyed the large room facing the bay. Clean and comfy. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Outdoor onsen with reclining deck chair facing the bay was nice to enjoy the breeze and view.

The shuttle bus service is very convenient. The open-air hot spring on the top floor is extremely comfortable, and the dinner is very delicious. The front desk staff can communicate in English and Chinese, which is very convenient for foreigners.

There is a large bath and I could enjoy it every night. I recognize there are many Chinese people staying at this hotel and their manner was very poor. A large parking lot is convenient to park my car.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant! Comfortable and very clean room, tasty breakfast with variety of food, attentive people everywhere to accommodate clients, and a great location! A fabulous hotel right next to Kariya train station and the JR Line. Close to the bus station and taxi ranks. There is a huge supermarket over the road a 7/11 shop and a pharmacy under the hotel. Lots of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. We stayed in a superior room which was very modern and cleaned daily but was a little compact which is normal in Japan! The staff were super courteous and can’t do enough for you even though English is not their first language. The buffet breakfast is lovely with plenty of Japanese food on offer. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family.
