Offered baby crib for us traveling with a toddler. Onsite restaurant had Japanese and Chinese options as well as breakfast buffet. The onsite parking was very affordable and convenient. Just a short walk away is a convenience store and a drug store (which is like a supermarket).

A large resort hotel. Many guests stay with their children and families. Facilities are good. Free parking. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

Location was excellent. Super convenient for shopping, food, metro and bus to airport. The facilities were excellent. We used the onsen everyday and the lounge with snacks, drinks and small play area for the kids was super. The room itself was good. We used the seperate shower area for our baby bjorn travel cot and it worked great for the baby to get good sleep while the rest of the family stayed up.

The space is big enough for my family of 4. Location is very convenient. The staff is so nice to ask my kid to bring the Miffi bonbon seat to the room. The room design is stylish.

Fun, clean and comfortable hotel. We had the room with two double bunks, so 4 double beds, which was a novelty for our family of 4, the kids thought it was terrific. Very clean, spacious by Japanese standards. Very friendly staff, eager to help with lots of recommendations. Excellent for an overnighter on our way to the airport from Niseko but being self-contained, would be great for a longer stay too.

Is a very family friendly property.
With a small kitchen which allow us to prepare our light breakfast and supper.
The best thing is there is a washing machine! For those who travel with kids this can lighten ur luggage 😊
There are few convenient store just stone throw. One of the famous ramen restaurant just 1min walk.
