The location was great. If you don't want to stay in crowded Arugambay this is the right place for you. You have your own pirvate beach, a little cabana, good food at the restaurant and it is the cleanest hotel we have been in Sri Lanka.

We really loved our stay at Aqua Blue! The hostess and her brother make your stay at Arugum-bay the best!! They do everything to give you a pleasant stay and the brother shows you around in the wildlife. He has the best eyes and made us see so much elephants and crocodiles. The sweetest people we met so far in Sri Lanka.

Absolutely stunning beach front hotel, pool was great with the kids, the chef was incredible - every dish was super tasty. We loved the outdoor chilling area and bean bags. Rooms were very spacious and stunning views of the ocean. And it was so close to the hustle of Arugam Bay!

A wonderful place to stay, perfectly located just outside the busy tourist area, offering fantastic value. Close to empty and wide beach and surf areas around crocodile (5 min walk) and elephant rocks. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond with their hospitality and delicious meals. The rooms are spotless and modern. An absolutely delightful stay – highly recommended!

Excellent place, especially for the managers and staff guys, extremely welcoming, available and ready to help you in case of need. Great place to spend some time around Arugam Bay and avoid the crowds. A few bungalows in the beautiful garden, very nice host who can help you organise everything, close to the beach. Keep in mind that this place is a little remote, so it might be convenient to rent a scooter/ tuk tuk to move around comfortably.
