The location is great. The staff are very friendly. The owner is very welcoming and willing to assist with any queries. Comfortable set up is provided with all necessary facilities to aid for the duration of the stay. I enjoyed having access to the gym and pool, which was just on my floor, so a minute's walk away was very convenient.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. I stayed 7 days for academic purposes. Really calm and quiet place, ideal for studying. It's not just comfortable and calm, but also incredibly safe. Staff were exceptional, although it's a big hotel we felt very special, the personal attention we received was outstanding. This was the best service we experienced in Colombo. They really know how to look after their guests. The Shangri-la exceeded our expectations. We are also upgraded to a premier ocen view room, which was a wonderful experience.
