We initially planned to stay at Agro Village Kalpitiya for just one night but ended up staying for two. The wonderful host, Pereira, took great care of us. The food was so delicious that we had all our meals there during our stay! The shrimp and tuna were incredibly fresh. There's also a massage hut on the property where a masseur comes by appointment. My husband and I enjoyed a great massage in the evening at a good price. Nearby is a fantastic beach with a bar (next to Elements) and a kitesurfing school. I highly recommend visiting—it's a quiet, empty beach with wild donkeys roaming around. Our son was absolutely thrilled!

Sri and his team went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The service and kindness were truly exceptional. Worth noting: On our second night, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon room—an all-glass, secluded space perched on a sand dune with an ocean view. Waking up there was truly magical. Sri is also an Ayurvedic master. He gave me an unforgettable full-body treatment, and the next morning, we had a yoga session by the pool. In both activities, he not only demonstrated deep expertise but also explained the underlying principles of Ayurveda in a way that was easy to grasp. I highly recommend trying these. At 5 a.m., they had arranged a fishing trip with local fishermen. Although it was too windy to go out to sea, they adapted the plan and taught us stationary fishing on the beach instead. The fishermen eventually caught some small crabs, which the chef prepared for breakfast—such a unique experience. We really appreciated the opportunity to plant a tree with our name in their garden at the end of our stay. The pool overlooking the ocean was also a highlight. If you're looking for an authentic, thoughtfully curated experience by the ocean—one that also aligns with sustainable, long-term goals—this is the place to go. A place with a soul. Everything here is thought out, refined and aesthetic. Starting from fresh, clean and fragrant cotton bedlinen and towels, through the arrangement of the rooms to the development of the area around. The entire area is very well-kept. The host is warm-hearted, communicative, hospitable and helpfull, and at the same time leaves you space. After two months of traveling around Sri Lanka, we came here for the last 5 days and it was the best place to say goodbye to this country. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Beautiful property and well maintained . The owners were fabulous and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a private bungalow which was air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The meals were great and plentiful. We would visit again.

magic way to end our 3 week trip to Sri Lanka; with a couple of nights ar Dolphin Beach. Pool was the kids favourite and in the sand; with magical sunsets. Family tent was great and everything worked and the Dolphin boat trip in the morning was truely amazing
