Tony was an amazing host, friendly and smiling as soon as I arrived. He gave fantastic recommendations for food and things to do in the area! Room was clean, the ac was strong.

Absolutely lovely stay at Munril Guest! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

Harran and his team were very excellent and efficient. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Authentic Sri Lankan /Western Breakfast with exotic fruits/juice. They also provide good lunch /dinner at reasonable cost, if you would to have home cooked meal. It is located in very convenient place opposite to the famous Nallur temple. It was fascinating hearing the history of the residence.. Very much enjoyed the stay. We are coming here since 2017 as feel like home to home. We will come back again. Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff and caretakers looked after me like I was family - particularly Robina and Spelwin. The breakfast was authentic, delicious and served with love. Staff were very accommodative of my needs and ensured to check in with me regularly. Facilities were clean and my room exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here next time.

Great location for transportation, services and amenities. Still in a quiet neighborhood. Cleanest new building with a cool breeze from the trees around. More than enough personnel for security, maintenance etc. I rented a small single room, but there are bigger a/c rooms with plenty of common space to accommodate groups.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was helping me out whenever needed. They provided an excellent laundry service, too. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for me: close to the railway station, the temple and the beach.
