United StatesThe room was great as it had a separate sitting area, and the bed was plush and very comfortable. The air conditioners were working perfectly and came very handy in a very cold night we spent there. The staff was impeccable; friendly, hospitable, willing to go the extra step to make us feel welcomed. The dinner and breakfast there were superb; probably the best we've had this trip. Highly recommend it.

Pros:
- Fairly new hotel (one year old)
- Hot shower with great water pressure.
- Very friendly receptionist(s) who gave us a very good dinner recommendation of the „hipster“ place in town: Amirat Cham. Modern (local and western food).
- We were offered the parking right in front of the hotel (2 spots available).
- Room with 1 double & 1 single bed.
- Balcony to the main road.
- Electric roller blinds. TV. Extra blankets.
- Heating. Table & 2 chairs. Closet.
- Hooks (finally) on the door and in the bathroom.
- Wifi worked ok (business hotel style)
- Very clean. White bed sheets.
- Soap and white towels.
- Marble floors.
- 2 bedside tables.

He was very welcoming, super interesting to talk to as is both well read and well travelled. You stay in a traditional Berber home with the family with meals served on site. We tried two of them when went to and came back from Merzouga. Both of them are well equipped. The first stay was perfect. People were nice. Only my family stayed in the building. And only a bit noise from the passing cars in the night. It’s acceptable since not many cars nearby. The kasbah which was designed and built by Mustafa is very characterful and charming. Beautiful garden with panoramic views of the surrounding valley and the mountains. The food was delicious and they even went the extra mile to cater for our toddler. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
