A peaceful place at the base of the Ljuboten mountain. The property is close to Skopje and Tetovo yet remote enough for a relaxing retreat or to use as a base to explore the nearby nature. Many mountain activities are available directly from the owner. Amazing views from the property. The room and facilities are clean and equipped. The owner and family is incredibly hospitable and makes an exceptional breakfast with local produce.

Located exactly on the mountain, with exceptional views. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well heated. Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay

The flat is very clean and well equipped, you can cook full meals if you want. The host is very lovely and welcoming, and happy to answer all your questions. Very sweet gesture was the welcome bottle of wine, cold water and sweets that were waiting for us upon our arrival. If the location fits your preferences, this accomodation is a great choice! We came from Canada and stayed at this hotel for a short girls’ trip – it was me, my cousin, and a friend. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the city center, and our room had a stunning view of the Vardar River. We booked the King Room with a balcony, and the view from there was phenomenal. We spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room also had Netflix, which was a fun bonus – we watched all kinds of movies, even some you can’t usually find. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant downstairs was great as well. This hotel had every comfort we were looking for. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
