The best hostel/hotel I've ever stayed in Mexico! From the customer service, guest relations staff, to the kitchen/cleaning staff, the cleanliness, the decoration, the details and everything, this place is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in the dorm room, but it was very comfortable and quiet. This place deserves a solid 10.

The quality of service is absolutely outstanding. We had to change our travel plans, and even though our booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel kindly offered to change the dates free of charge. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and efficient — they even shared great recommendations for cenotes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis located in a very safe part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and truly appreciate their hospitality. If we ever come back to Mérida, we will definitely stay here again.

The place is great. It surpassed our expectations. It's like having a home in Mérida. You have everything you need to cook (except for a colander ) and you have all the comfort of the flat. It is well maintained, nice furniture. Fairly new. Nice smell. Beautiful view of the garden. A convenience store is in front of the house.
