We loved this location as we could snorkel to the beach directly from the patio. It was so peaceful and there were so many places to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings. The condo was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in and the bed linen was top quality. The owner was very attentive and worked hard to keep his property maintained. What we particularly liked about this property was the use of the shared bikes as it meant we could bike for breakfast and dinner at the marina which is about a 25 minute walk. There are also 2 kayaks for free use to paddle around the lagoon which is great. We actually had 2 people kayak past us from the All Inclusive and mentioned we were the VIPs and that was just how we felt sat in the shade under the built pagoda.

This place is exceptional and only short walk to private beach. I can't believe how relaxed this place made us feel so much so we stayed extra night. Only short taxi ride to amazing beach for snorkeling and diving.

I would like to give a special mention to the workers that took care of me. Myriam the organizer, always taking care of everything i needed, Yosimar and Alexis the car valets knew about my car more than me; good and fast laundry service and very good breakfast buffet. great food (buffet) and hotel facilities. beach is clean and beautiful. pool area is great for kids. the hotel barcelo maya palace is one of many hotels on the area. there is so much to do, also sports activities such as mini golf, bowling, tennis, go kart (14 years plus!) only annoying thing: we had to reserve our sun beds at 5.20am (!) to make sure we have a place in the shade for the babies…
