We traveled from KL and because the airlines changed our time flight we arrived late than expected. The owner waited for us patiently even though we arrived around 9 pm and passed us the key and helped us check-in. The apartment is on the 16th floor with a nice view. The apartment got 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, and living room with a smart TV. All aircon works well, as well as hot showers. The apartment is at nice clean and quiet area. A nice swimming pool and playground for kids are available.

Situated in Sabah, The Pavilion Hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Sandakan Airport. The hotel also offers a daily buffet breakfast and rooms with free wired internet access.

Very considerate host, he sent clear and engaging videos delivering the instructions and directions for collecting the keys to the point of entering the unit. Water pressure is great, no worries about bathing and mirror in bathroom also has LED lights. Located on top floor, absolutely no worries of mosquitoes and great view at the balcony.

Excellent communication with host. Managed to arrange to stay longer for our plane. Near shops and excellent seafood restaurants. Comfy and clean with nice swimming pool.

Very clean and comfy. basic amenities included-bath towels, shower cream, shampoo, mini bar with some coffee sticks, snacks and maggie. Muslim praying mat, kiblat arrow are also available. No fuss check-in, check-out process, easy to find with the poster in front of the house. There is also kids corner with some kids toys in the living room. The host was very quick to respond even though we booked last minute.
