Family hotels and homes in Noumea

What a team. They are not staff or employees but more like a big family. An amazing general manager and the best team i have ever come across especially in a time of uncertainty where a civil unrest broke out during our stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely. Our room was so spacious especially for children. Great facilities on site. The pool and beach access were awesome. Within walking distance of so many restaurants. Just an amazing experience overall.

Breakfast was excellent, changed the menu everyday. Ocean facing rooms had an awesome view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a washing machine and oven, great for families

Room with kitchenette facilities exactly as described... we were fortunate to get a room with a gorgeous view! Great service from the front of house team, who helped us organise airport transfers and other day trips.. and all round lovely group of people! Loved the seclusion... we initially booked the meridien but reviews on cleanliness and service levels put us off.. glad we made the decision to switch to Chateau. Highly recommend for famililes. We travelled in a group of 13 (4 families).

If wanting to stay near the harbour/latin quarter it is an ideal location. The breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful (plant/garden) eating area. Lots of toys to distract the kids and high chair/kids tables

The hotel's location is the VERY BEST in town if you expect beach. Across a road with some acceptable traffic is the local nice beach where you find life. Hotel has a separated baby /kids pool - pools are clean. Staff is so far friendly and helpful - very ok. Rooms are spacious and the sea view was really nice in 6.7..th floor. Specially the premium rooms are very large, having a round bath tube...amazing :-) very fund. Rooms are equiped with a microwave, water cooker, little fridge.

The staff were extremely helpful prior to our arrival - answering all concerns regarding travelling overseas with our small children and organising an airport transfer. The pool is fantastic - perfect temperature and lovely seating area. Rooms are very generously sized with very comfortable beds and quiet, efficient air conditioning. Location is perfect - only a couple of minutes walk to Anse Vata beach (water taxi to Duck island), and Malonga Cafe (very good coffee). Convenience store next to pharmacy (next door) is very well stocked.
