New ZealandWe had a lovely stay in the cabin in Tahakopa, the space was comfortable, peaceful and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our host Ray, kindly let us drop our luggage off early so we could spend the whole day exploring the gorgeous sites around Tahakopa. There are some flies near the cabin as it is beside farmland, however we were able to leave our door and windows open with the curtains shut in the evening while relaxing on the deck as well as the comfy couch in the cabin and no flies came in! We shut all windows before sleeping and the cabin stayed at an ideal temperature and with such a comfy bed we had a very good night's sleep. We were a bit confused by a previous negative review as the photos completely match the set up of the space and there is everything you need as a solo traveller or couple for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing views! We were in Unit 4, beautifully looked after, super comfy! Plenty of logs for the fire which warmed the unit up beautifully. My family of 4 absolutely loved it! Also amazing hosts, super prompt in their responses and very helpful when we had left behind an item. Thank you so much to the hosts!

Beautiful, warm, spacious house! Had everything you could want, plus more. Great game selection, comfy beds, perfect Kitchen and lovely large lawn for the kids to play on.

Wonderfully spacious family home, with everything you need. Heaps of spare blankets and things in cupboards if required. The house heated up nicely. Great location if wanting to visit Curio Bay at low tide and that falls in the evening or early morning, which is what we did. Excellent communication from owner. We had reception with Spark, which was a pleasant surprise.
