This is a lovely spacious house with beautiful views, particularly from bedrooms where we could see Mount Pico from one and a lovely view across the bay and down to Lajes. At night it was dark enough to star gaze. I liked to sit out on the balcony to read and admire the view. It was so quiet with not a sound at night. The kitchen was well equipped. The host met us when we arrived and gave us lots of great ideas for places to visit. There is a supermarket 5 mins drive away and Lajes is a lovely little town. There were tomatoes and limes growing which we could pick and use.

This is an authentic house with a large terrace and a stunning view of the ocean and São Jorge Island – a perfect place to stay and enjoy peaceful evenings after busy days exploring the island. We had a truly wonderful stay at Pico Dream! The room was absolutely stunning—spacious and beautifully decorated with elegant touches throughout. The dining/living area was large, everything was spotless, which we really appreciated. Our host was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended—we stayed only 1 night but we’d love to come back!

We stayed 9 nights in this nice chalet. The hosts were very helpful with everything. It was very impressing to sit outside the bedroom door and enjoy the marvellous view to the ocean and the island Sao George in the distance.

We had a great stay at Lava Homes. The house was lovely and the fireplace made it easy to keep things warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the beautiful view from the restaurant during breakfast. The team was very kind and welcoming.

Really amazing experience! Very close to the ocean, calm area in vineyards. The view is insane. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for breakfast. We weee lucky with weather so wind wasn’t a problem.
